Character: Allen Walker
Timeline: Chapter 215
Personality: At first glance, he's a sweet boy with an equally sweet appearance. He smiles a lot and he's generally cheerful. He always greets people politely, no matter what circumstances he meets them under. He's friendly and often tries to alleviate the situation. However, under the friendly exterior, he tries to keep an emotional distance from everyone. He doesn't want close connections or friends. He has no family, denies his connection to the Noah family, and clings to the memory of his dead adoptive father. He's scared that if he makes any connections, if he allows anyone to get too close to him, he'll end up hurting them. When he was told by his Master that one day, the Noah inside of him would take over and he would be forced to kill someone he loved, he began to withdraw from the friends he'd already made, trying to sever his connection to them. He is deathly afraid of hurting someone he cares about, even by accident, and is constantly fighting a mental battle within himself. He rarely drops his calm, cool, composed and friendly act around others unless they somehow purposely get underneath his skin. Then he can get an attitude and snap at the person, although so far, only one person has gotten close enough to him to get under his skin like that.
Background: Background can be found here. He is completely up to date, canon wise. As of right now, he'll be switching occasionally to his Noah side, since this is what the canon update seems to suggest.
Pokemon: Eevee. He'll still keep the curse mark on his left eye and his left front leg will be completely black. The tips of his fur will be white instead of tan. His eyes will remain blue, although his cursed eye turns red when activated.
Because Eeevee's behavior is effected by it's surroundings, as well as it's unusual ability to be able to evolve into more than one form, I felt this was the best pokemon for him to be. Allen's personality is often reflective of his surroundings and his emotions more often than not are tuned in with those around him. As for why the multiple evolutions fit, because of his circumstances there are several roads he can take. Eevee also has a naive personality, and while Allen isn't completely naive this also fits with his character. He is also loyal, friendly, affectionate and energetic like an Eevee.

Allen didn't know what happened. One moment, he'd been arguing with Johnny and the next, he was here. He got up to his feet gingerly, but found something was strange. His movements were off. For one, he was on all fours. This wasn't normal, it wasn't natural to his mind. He tried to stand on his hind legs but stumbled forward, face splashing in a puddle. He stared wide-eyed at the ripples, watching in horrified fascination as the water stilled. Before him was an unfamiliar creature, something that looked to be a cross between a cat and a fox. What was it? His blue eyes traced the familiar scar on the left eye of the creature.
Better question was, what was he? He wasn't surprised to have been turned into an animal. It was a common enough occurrence when the scientists did there weird experiments. What was more concerning was he didn't know where he was or how to turn back. There was no Johnny around either, so he couldn't ask him to change him back. He let out a soft sigh and stepped forward with his left front leg, trying to get used to walking on all fours. It was a strange sensation. Realizing his front leg was black, though, made him smile slightly. His Innocence had made the trip with him. He could handle this then. Taking wobbly steps, he tried to learn how to walk on all fours. He would be quite a sight to behold, an Eevee walking around in circles.
